Rental requirements
Here's exactly what we need to get you on the road. Have these ready and your application moves fast.
Valid driver's license
U.S. or state-issued driver's license, valid and not expired. In-person verification at pickup.
Proof of insurance
Personal auto insurance or an approved coverage plan. Rideshare drivers must show rideshare endorsement or equivalent.
Refundable deposit
$150 refundable security deposit. The final amount may vary depending on vehicle and coverage selection.
Age requirement
Primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Additional driver fees may apply for drivers under 25.
What we accept
- U.S. driver's license, valid & not expired
- Rideshare-endorsed insurance (for rideshare rentals)
- Debit or credit card in the renter's name
- Proof of address (utility bill, lease, or pay stub)
What we cannot accept
- Learner's permits or provisional licenses
- Expired or suspended licenses
- Third-party payment methods
- Applications with unresolved rentals or balances
